The NWT Seniors Society is a non profit group established in 1983.  We provide information and act as a resource for seniors and elders across the NWT.  We encourage independence and the enhancement of quality of life.  We promote awareness of the needs and rights of all seniors and elders.

There are nine seniors/elders from

across the NWT on the Board of Directors.  Our office is in Yellowknife.

The NWT Seniors Society is the only voluntary agency representing the interest of all seniors and elders in the NWT.

The NWT Seniors Society receives project funding from the Territorial and Federal government.
